Three Reasons You Make Your College Career Harder Than It Needs to Be

Software collaboration tools

Were it not for my college note taking app, I may have never earned my degree. I started my college education right around the advent of the cloud, and quickly took advantage of free note taking apps. It is all thanks the instant access that I had the time to complete a high quality of work much more efficiently and organized, without having to stress over little, organizational things.

If you have not considered utilizing the access that a college note taking app can give you, here are my favorite three benefits of using one.

1. Create a note on the fly, and have it on your computer.

If you have a sudden idea, or make a connection that you want to incorporate in to your term paper or if you suddenly remember five things you need to do the second you get out of class, then with a free college note taking app you can quickly jot them down on your mobile device and not have to worry about it. It is better than carrying a notebook around.

2. Share work with others easier.

Say for example you have to work on a group project, but none of your group members can meet up when you are free and vice versa. With a college note taking app, you can share your divvied portion of work with the others, and they can share theirs with you. A free college note taking app allows you to collaborate with others on work so much easier than before.

3. Never have to worry about having the right version.

I know how it goes. You start a paper on your computer, put it on a flash drive, bring it to the library to work on it, save it back on to your flash drive, but then never delete the older draft on your computer. Then, when you go to print it, you have it confused as to which is which or you accidentally delete the wrong one and all that work is lost or some other nightmare. Believe me. I know.

But with a free college note taking app, you no longer have to worry about what version of the paper is where. Everything is synced to your account and all you have to do is access it via the app.

See? Is that not better than what you are doing to take notes now? With a free college note taking app, you will never forget your notes, or fail to have the right notes. It just makes sense to use one.

What are some of your experiences working with a note taking program? Did you like it or dislike it? Why or why not? Please share in the comments!

  1. I agree. If I did not have a note taking app I would definitely have flunked out of one of my college courses.

  2. I would always forget my notes so I just used my iPad to take notes and it made everything so much easier.
